Ok, the Chinese government is officially off its rocker. And that is putting it lightly. In an act of senseless sabotage, China has banned Tibetan Buddhists from reincarnating without permission. Permission by athiests in the Chinese government for even the Dalai Lama himself to reincarnate? It’s almost too absurd to believe and yet it’s true!
