My deposit for the Dream Bank: “When I was a teenager I had a vivid recurring dream of feathery-finned brightly colored fish emerging from the palms of my hands and then swimming all around me as I stood very still in a deep red room, watching them do their swim-dance. I wanted to paint this dream, but my painting skills were not so great – so I inscribed the image in my memory and it’s as clear to me now as the mornings I awoke with this dream freshly implanted in my mind.”
