I have often wondered how Spiritualism reflects on matters of reincarnation. If the spirits of the dead are hanging out in the ether somewhere employed in careers as spooks and ghosties, who is being reincarnated?

Indeed, if you believe in the 2012 Mayan prophecy, exactly five years from today the current cycle of our world is said to come to an end according to the 5,125 year Creation Cycle and the 26,000 year Grand Cycle, otherwise known as the Precession of the Equinoxes. The coming end date of December 21, 2012 is also written as 13.0.0.0.0. in Mayan long count notation.

Cheers to a great renewal in the “reincarnation” of the world! Alas, all ends are a beginning.
