ShareIan Stevenson, MD, former Carlson Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Division of Personality Studies (now the Division of Perceptual Studies) at the University of Virginia, and the world’s foremost scientific authority on the study of reincarnation, died peacefully in Charlottesville on February 8th at the age of 88.
